The management fee is charged in advance for the first 6 months of commencement date, and monthly thereafter.
The Let Only fee is charged for the term of the contract (minimum 12 months)
Premium Management Fee: 18% (15% + VAT), Includes Check-in & Check-out Inventory & Certificates (Gas, Electric & EPC – additional cost for works are not included)
Standard Management Fee: 14.4% (12% + VAT)
Letting and Rent Collection Fee: 12% (10% + VAT)
Letting Only Service Fee: 9.6% (8% + VAT) (subject to a Minimum Fee of £900 (£750 + VAT))
