The management fee is charged in advance for the first 6 months of commencement date, and monthly thereafter.
The Let Only fee is charged for the term of the contract (minimum 12 months)

Standard Management Fee: 14.4% (12% + VAT)

Letting and Rent Collection Fee: 12% (10% + VAT)
