Aside from offering a competitive commission rate, Tony from OneClick Homes has extensive knowledge of the local area, and many years' sales experience, which he used to market and sell our property at the right level. He was an excellent negotiator from the viewings stage (with great photos / video to constant availability) through to completion - with his good sense and patience being invaluable during the, at times, fraught conveyancing process. We couldn't recommend Tony highly enough.
We had our home on the market for almost 2 years and after losing our buyer due to solicitor incompetence and our estate agents lack of urgency we decided we needed a fresh start. After a call with Tony at OneClick Homes I could tell he sympathasied with our situation and seemed really keen to get our property sold.
