We ensure that all our landlords have been vetted, are reliable and trustworthy, with properties that have all relevant certificates and licences in place. We understand that this is your new home, so our team of experts will work closely with both tenants and landlords to ensure we find the right match.
All of our properties come to market with an availability date within a few weeks of listing and the process is very straightforward. Tenants are firstly registered in order to confirm eligibility (must earn a minimum of 2.5 times the rent), and then viewing arranged. All viewings are accompanied by our highly trained staff who will be on hand to answer any questions you may have regarding your tenancy whatever stage you might be at, and because we offer a full property management service to many of our landlords, you will only need to contact us if you have any problems.
The process after viewing is simple; a holding deposit is paid (1 week’s rent) and referencing is carried out via HomeLet. Once referencing is passed, we ask for the remaining balance (one month’s rent and the 5-week security deposit) and contracts are signed by all parties to enable the move in.
Once moved in all rents are either paid directly to the Landlord for Let Only properties or to OC Homes for all Managed properties via our secure Payprop payment platform.
